For Samantha, Inc. is a foundation whose purpose is
to remember, raise awareness, support and give hope to
victims of suicide and the loved ones left behind.
The Foundation's most loving and meaningful intent is
to grant scholarships on behalf and in memory of Samantha Spano.

For Samantha, Inc. is a not for profit corporation
and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes
within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
